About Us
It is all in our name. Overstrand Laboratories was created to provide the the winemakers in the Overberg with fast and friendly laboratory testing services across the entire winemaking process from grape harvesting to bottling.
Our Expert Team
Our export team is lead by Retha Olivier. Retha has a passion for wine and has over 20 years of laboratory experience. She started he journey by completing her BSc. (Hon) Microbiology at the University of Stellenbosch, followed with her MSc. Microbiology at the University of Pretoria. Her career in laboratory work includes work in research facilities, wine cellars and wine farms.
